Lukeman Cave is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors which has offices in Birmingham and Lichfield.
The Company was established in 1990 and in 2004 changed it’s name to Lukeman Cave. The Directors, Matt Lukeman and Tim Cave each have 25 years experience working in the UK commercial property market.
Lukeman Cave work with a small group of Clients including Institutional Investors, Danish sydicates,Property and Development Companies, Family Trusts, Overseas Investors and Private Individuals.
Matt and Tim advocate a “hands on” approach and work very closely with the Client and their Professional Team to ensure that the investment and property management objectives are successfully met.
The company advises on investment transactions and asset manages properties throughout the UK.
