Matt has worked in the investment and development market since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986. He trained in the investment department of Chesshire Gibson in Birmingham and subsequently Debenham Tewson Chinnocks/DTZ before setting up the business in 1990.
Matt brings a broad range of skills and experience to both selling and acquiring traditional investment property and has worked on development projects including Forward Funding and pre selling commercial schemes throughout the UK.

Tim Cave graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 1986 and completed his professional qualifications at Chesshire Gibson (DTZ) in Birmingham. After 18 years of working in the Investment and Fund Management divisions of international Chartered Surveyors in London and Birmingham, Tim joined Matt in 2004.
Tim’s experience encompasses advising on the acquisition and sale of property investments throughout the Country, asset management advice and portfolio recommendations. Tim is a member of the RICS and Investment Property Forum.
